Who Are We?
Hi, my name is Jasmine Tana, I am the Founder & CEO of Set Me Free Journey. I am a qualified Health & Well-being Professional and have been working for the last 3 years at Dargaville High School with at risk teens.
I have designed this woman’s blueprint program from my own lived life experiences of 15 years coming out of a life of; trauma, grief addiction/meth alcoholism, domestic violence, depression, stress, debt, anxiety, systemic systems & mental health.
Story Time:
My addiction in 2008 was my journey which has been just over 15 years. I have been to programs during my time in addiction with meth and alcohol and it just didn’t work. Something was missing or better word lacking. I wanted so much to be healed but it seemed there was no-one who could help me I had become a fully addicted slave to the meth and the alcohol.
I had burnt every bridge in every relationship with “friends” so I struggled and continued in a downward spiral for years, everything in my life fell apart. I lost everything and everyone dear because of it. My children, my sanity, my home, my car which landed me in Tu Manako mental institution in Whangarei and was told I was that bad that lost was never getting out. I had lost all hope.
5 years ago after I got out which was a Miracle!!!
I started my journey 2016, to this day I can confidently say I have been totally SET FREE from the bondage’s of Addiction/Meth & Alcohol and every life sucking sicknesses that came with it.
– Depression
– Domestic violence
– Grief
– Trauma
– Anxiety & Debt.
Since then I have been invited to many conferences with over 300 people, churches, High schools. I have done seminars with youth and done events all over the north.
